Bagian Perencanaan terdiri dari 3 Sub bagian yang meliputi Sub bagian Data dan Informasi, Sub Bagian Penyusunan Program dan Anggaran , Sub Bagian Evaluasi dan Pelaporan.
Bagian Keuangan terdiri dari 2 Sub Bagian Meliputi Sub Bagian Perbendaharaan, Subagian Pelaksanaan dan Verifikasi Anggaran.
Bagian Akuntansi dan Pelaporan terdiri dari 3 Subbagian yang meliputi Sub Bagian AIS BMN, Sub Bagian Akutansi BLU serta Sub Bagian Pelaporan Keuangan.
