The Planning and Finance Bureau has the task of carrying out the preparation of plans, programs, budgets, treasury, accounting and financial reporting.

The Planning and Finance Bureau carries out the following functions:

• Implementation of plan preparation, program and budget evaluation, and reporting;
• Managing data and information, coordinating plans and programs, as well as evaluating and reporting University performance; and
• Implementation of the University's treasury, accounting and financial reporting
