The Planning and Finance Bureau carries out the following functions:

• Implementation of plan preparation, program and budget evaluation, and reporting;
• managing data and information, coordinating plans and programs, as well as evaluating and reporting University performance; and
• implementation of the University's treasury, accounting and financial reporting
